Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a return if:

  • Product Condition: The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must have a receipt or proof of purchase for the return to be processed.

Non-returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for sending back the product. Please note, products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the product for another item, we can assist with this, subject to product availability. The exchange will be processed after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective products or wrong items sent). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any applicable shipping fees for returned items will be deducted from the refund.
